Go to to register online with a credit card. Pre-conference online registration will be open through Wednesday, February 22nd, after which walk-in registration fees apply, which includes an additional $100.

Cancellations received beginning February 6th until February 12th will incur the following cancellation fee: $195.00. Refunds will not be issued on or after Monday, February 13th.
